President - Gramatica SIPS International
Martin was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and moved to the US at nine. He grew up playing soccer and did not begin to play organized football until he was a senior in high school. Martin played college football for Kansas State University, and was recognized twice as an All-American. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft. After retiring from professional football, Gramatica started Gramatica SIPS and the Gramatica Family Foundation with a mission of building homes for combat wounded veterans.
Vice President - Gramatica SIPS International
Bill went to LaBelle high school in Florida and played college football at the University of South Florida. He was originally drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the fourth round of the 2001 NFL Draft. After football, Bill got into the real estate business and now is the VP of Sales for Gramatica SIPS International.

Santiago Gramatica, the youngest of the Gramatica brothers, also attended La Belle High School where he was recognized as one of the top three rated kickers in the state. After high school he attended USF and moved right into the starting kicker spot vacated by brother Bill. Santiago started all four years at USF and held numerous records, including leading scorer in USF football history with 246 points and most field goals made in a college career with 38. Santiago, along with brothers Martin and Bill founded Gramatica SIPS and the Gramatica Family Foundation.

Charles “Charlie” Lemon is a retired Army Corporal and Tampa native. Through the work of Operation Finally Home and the Gramatica Family Foundation, Charlie was awarded a custom adapted home to start his new life back home in Tampa, FL where he strives to do great things in the community to help give back what was so graciously given to him.
Good Day Tampa Bay Feature/Entertainment Reporter - FOX 13
Charley is a three-time Emmy award-winning feature reporter. His stories, showcasing people and events in the Tampa Bay area, air Monday through Friday mornings on Good Day Tampa Bay in a segment called “Charley’s World.”
Charley was born in Ft. Myers and grew up right here in the Tampa Bay area -- Pasco County to be exact. He received a degree in broadcasting at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.

Darren is a Tampa native and attended high school in Hillsborough County where he played football. Darren graduated from the University of Tampa in 2000 with a degree in business management.
Darren continues to run his family-owned business and spends his down time golfing, partaking in water sports, watching the Tampa Bay local sports teams (along with the Gators) and spending time with his family.

Shannon was born and raised in St. Pete, Florida along with her twin sister Tara Bonnell. Shannon graduated in 1997 from the University of Florida and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2000. After working at a firm in San Francisco, CA, she returned to her home town to pursue her career.

Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Tara is proud to call herself a native. Tara graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a BS in Advertising. She also has a degree in Graphic Design Technology from Santa Fe Community College. Tara has over 25 years of experience in the marketing industry and is currently responsible for the overall go to market product strategy for the Data Solutions Group at FIS.

Bryan is personal insurance advisor with McGriff-Williams Insurance, his family’s business. Bryan is a Gainesville native who earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in communication at the University of South Florida in 2004.
